1. Eligibility

  • The offer is non-transferable and available per paying guest.

2. Booking and Use

  • This offer applies only to qualifying new bookings and is not valid for bookings made before 1st April 2025.

3. General Conditions

  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specifically advertised.
  • La Galigo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute the offer at its sole discretion at any time prior to guest arrival.

A. Reschedule Process (Step-by-Step)

1. Guest Initiates Request

Guest contacts La Galigo Customer Support via email only: info@lagaligoliveaboard.com

2. Document Submission

Guest must submit:

  • Official cancellation notice of an international flight issued by the airline
  • Flight ticket / booking confirmation
  • Matching name with booking

3. Internal Verification

  • Conducted within 2 x 48 hours (max 3 days)
  • Validation by internal team

4. Credit Note Issuance

If approved:

  • Guest receives official Credit Note (PDF)
  • Value: 100% of amount paid

B. Terms & Conditions

  1. Reschedule Terms
  • 100% payment required upfront 
  • Applies only to flight disruptions (not personal reasons)
  • One-time use
  • Admin fee 2,5% of the total value

Credit Note Terms

  • Valid for 3 years from issuance date
  • Can be used for:
    • Raja Ampat trips
    • Komodo trips
  • Subject to new pricing at time of rebooking
  • Must be presented when claiming
  • Credit note is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Partial usage is allowed. Any remaining balance will be issued as onboard credit only and cannot be used for Park Fees.
  • Any Park Fees previously paid will not be carried over in the event of rescheduling. New Park Fees will be applied based on the newly selected itinerary and must be paid accordingly.
  • Transferable with an admin fee 5% of the total value
