1. Eligibility

• This offer is available for all new bookings made from 1 June 2025 for La Galigo trips departing between 1 July and 30
• September 2025.
• The offer is non-transferable and available per paying guest.
• For guests booked in a shared cabin (e.g. couples or friends travelling together), the complimentary stay covers one
• hotel room per cabin.
• For individual travellers, the benefit equates to one hotel room per guest.

2. Location & Timing

• The complimentary hotel stay will be provided in Labuan Bajo or Sorong, depending on La Galigo’s operating region at the time of your departure.
• Guests may choose one (1) night of accommodation either:
• The night before embarkation, or
• The day of disembarkation.
• Guests must confirm their preferred option no later than five (5) working days prior to their trip.

3. Hotel Details

• Hotels are selected by La Galigo and located within reasonable distance of the embarkation/disembarkation port.
• The stay includes room only (meals, airport transfers, and additional services are not included).
• In the event that the advertised hotel is fully booked, La Galigo will arrange accommodation at a comparable or
• similarly rated alternative hotel, subject to availability.
• Hotel names, categories, and inclusions are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Booking and Use

• This offer applies only to qualifying new bookings and is not valid for bookings made before 1 June 2025.
• Guests who choose not to use the complimentary hotel stay are not entitled to any refund, credit, or exchange.
• No alternative compensation is offered for unused accommodation or for any deviations outside the scope of this offer.

5. General Conditions

• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specifically advertised.
• La Galigo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute the offer at its sole discretion at any time prior to guest arrival.
